ARE MULTI-FAMILY PROPERTIES A GOOD INVESTMENT IN 2022?

A multi-family home is a property that has more than one unit, hence the name “multi-family”. The smallest multi-family property is a duplex which contains two units. After that you have triplexes and four-plexes and so on. Now you’re asking yourself, is this considered more valuable because you can now rent out to multiple people? Does this give you more room for profit? The pros I will be going over include passive income, valuation potential, and lowered risk. The cons I will be going over include competition, cost, and maintenance. So tune in and find out whether multi-family properties are a good investment for you or not!
