There are times that people will try and cover something up in order to get the deal done but other times people can just look over an issue. That is why it is your job to make sure you catch EVERYTHING. In this video we will be going over why you should look over the roofing, windows, leaks, foundation cracks and tenants. Now that you have a checklist of what you want to pay special attention to, hopefully this will help you catch any potential problems you may run into. Going to look at a property may be overwhelming when you have all these things that could pop up. But, with the help of me I can take a little bit of that stress off your shoulders.
